Sunday 18th Feb, Black and Gold Eatery, 6pm - 8:30pm
<H3>What will be involved in this fun packed evening:</H3>
·    Yummy taste testers and giveaways from some of our well-known partners and suppliers
·    All smoothie ingredients supplied  - You will be making three different smoothies!
·    The chance to hear from some amazing guest speakers about Nutrition 
·    Take home smoothie recipie lists and other goodies
·    Get practical making smoothies and trying which ones you like best
·    Drink delicious smoothies and have fun with your friends and family!!
