Meet Jacob Espinoza
Jacob is the creator of Leaders Lens — a twice-weekly newsletter that delves into leadership insights, tactics, and resources leaders can utilize to up their game, and tips on how to advance your company’s trajectory.
As a seasoned leadership coach and foundation director, he's able to give business leaders a shortcut to leadership mastery.
After spending three years as a leadership consultant with T-Mobile, he left and helped found The McLaran Leadership Foundation. The foundation focused on developing emerging leaders in his hometown, Salem, Oregon.
In 2023, he joined the team at Workweek as the Director of Creator Success.
Meet Ashley Artrip
Ashley Artrip is the Co-Founder and President of Mission Collaborative, a career design firm that helps professionals of all ages and backgrounds transition into a career they love. Ashley is also the Head of Education at Workweek, where she leads Creators to develop and release their own educational material in their respective niches.
Before founding Mission Collaborative, Ashley worked at Gallup, where learning how employees stay engaged and successful became her focus. She also became a certified Gallups StrengthsFinder coach, empowering her to help other professionals identify and leverage their natural strengths.
