Join the Open House Austin Homeowner community for a presentation by Austin Common to learn more about getting involved with local gov't!

In preparation for the local elections coming up on Tuesday, November 2nd, we invited our friends at <a href="https://theaustincommon.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Austin Common</a> to share their knowledge of local government and civics. Their interactive presentation will teach you the basics of the local government systems and how to use your voting power as a voice for greater community change. Your free ticket (with optional donation to the <a href="https://lwvtexas.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">League of Women Voters</a>) includes a copy of &quot;A Beginner&#x27;s Guide To Local Government&quot; designed by local female artists that explains the basics of how our local government system works, and comes with fun stickers!Coffee, pastries and breakfast tacos will be available for purchase from <a href="https://levercraftcoffee.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Levercraft Coffee</a> trailer onsite which will be open from 8 AM - 3 PM.Event beings at 10 AM but feel free to come early and stay late to chat with the <a href="https://www.openhouseaustin.co/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Open House Austin</a> team and fellow homeowners.
