In this festive evening workshop, Carl will teach you essential pickling techniques to craft bold, tangy accompaniments tailored perfectly to complement your Christmas cheese boards and festive spreads.

• Interactive Pickling Tutorial: Learn flavor combinations, brine chemistry, and preservation techniques to create handcrafted festive pickles.
• Take-Home Jars: Prepare your own pickles in class and take home filled jars along with reusable glass containers for future batches.
• Mulled Sips & Folklore: Enjoy seasonal mulled drinks and warm festive storytelling in a welcoming environment.
