Inter-Generation Creation
Join us on Wednesday evenings for this in-person community based expressive arts workshop series.
This is an 8 week closed-group where folks can come together to explore themes creatively and connect with their community. Through movement, writing, and other art practices the group creates space for self expression, reflection, and conversation across generations.
The goal is to support connection, build community, and offer a welcoming space where people can share their experiences, communicate in new ways, and explore creativity. No art experience needed, just openness and curiosity.
Through mindfulness, creative expression, and collaborative art-making, participants will be guided through exercises using movement, writing and photography to enhance communication, and build a stronger sense of community across generations.
Items to bring
- Water bottle
- Journal and pen/pencil for reflections
- Come dressed in comfortable clothes for moving in
- Creative materials will be supplied
No artistic experience is required, just ambition to explore and connect.
This group is open to those who identify as Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Two-Spirit, Queer, or Non-Binary, and limited to participants aged 19+.
