Unlike a marathon day of back-to-back activities, Intentions Fest is crafted with balance in mind. The schedule flows through a natural rhythm of gentle, powerful, ceremonial, and reflective offerings, allowing you to spend the entire day with us and leave feeling restored — not exhausted.

Throughout the day, you’ll experience:

• Yoga & Movement — dynamic vinyasa, live-music flow, and embodied dance

• Ceremony & Connection — guided journaling, cacao circle, and intention setting

• Wisdom & Reflection — inspiring talks on self-love, grounding breathwork, and dharma-inspired philosophy

• Sound & Stillness — meditative soundscapes and healing vibrations

One all-access pass grants entry to the entire weekend experience, including:

• Friday Club Yoga Pre-Party

• Saturday Intentions Fest (full day)
