The New Year is right around the corner, which means it is time to prioritize you and what you want to achieve, feel and experience in 2022.It is no secret that we are still navigating the uncertainty of the pandemic, however, we get to remember that our past doesn&#x27;t have to hold us back for having hope for 2022 and designing the life we want. In fact, times of flux and overwhelm are inviting opportunities to get even more clear about our priorities, values and how we want to live with more intention in the new year. During this interactive workshop, we will drop the &quot;shoulds&quot; and empty New Year&#x27;s resolutions and instead, connect deeper to your true &quot;wants&quot; and soul goals. It is time to ignite that fire of desire inside of you and let your true self shine bright! By the end of this workshop you will have:<ul><li>Released unhelpful tension and beliefs in our minds and bodies</li><li>Designed a 2022 Map</li><li>Highlighted important goals and areas to grow in</li><li>Created powerful action steps to move you forward </li><li>Have accountability and community to support you for the long-term </li></ul>This year, I am shaking things up by creating a half-day hybrid (in person and virtual) retreat plus optional quarterly community coaching and accountability support. There will be mindful movement, connection, guided meditation, introspection and snacks present during the workshop. You will stay nourished and inspired.This workshop is open to people of all experience levels in meditation, movement and self-development. Feel free to invite your friend, family member or partner so that you can go through this process together and create an additional layer and form of accountability.I will also be offering this workshop in a hybrid format so you can attend virtually if you feel more comfortable in that space. After you register you will be sent the Zoom details . This workshop won&#x27;t be recorded so make sure you can attend all of it. What to bring to the workshop <ul><li>Wear comfortable clothing</li><li>Yoga mat</li><li>Journal &amp; pen (color pencils optional if you love color-coding)</li><li>Water bottle</li><li>Computer paper (only if joining virtually)</li><li>Candle &amp; matches (only if joining virtually)</li></ul>*Covid Protocol: Due to the surge of Covid cases ...- You will need to email me a proof of full vaccination (hopefully the booster shot as well) // and negative Covid test within 48 hours of the event (PCR or Rapid test)- You will also be required to sign a Covid release form before attending the workshop- Masks will not be required in doors, but please feel free to wear one without any judgment.- There will be windows open and airflow present. - If you feel sick or have any symptoms, please do not attend the in-person event. Instead, you can gain access to the virtual workshop.*subject to change based on updated King County information and guidelines. People will be communicated with a week prior on the most relevant Covid guidelines. Thanks for your understanding. Optional Quarterly Accountability:Based on feedback , I will be hosting quarterly community coaching and accountability calls to support people living their intentions throughout the whole year. Having these calls will provide momentum and accountability to stay aligned and connected to your vision. Each quarterly call will be 90-120 minutes, plus a community connection space between our group sessions. The price of community coaching and accountability will increase after January 23rd, so reserve your early-bird spot now if you are interested in the additional accountability and connection.
