Join us for the Intellex 2-Day QSD Advance Training Module 1-IN PERSON - China!
We are thrilled to invite you to our exclusive in-person event, the Intellex 2-Day QSD Advance Training Module 1, taking place in China. This exciting training module is designed to provide you with the latest insights and knowledge in specific detail areas within the QSD (Quality Systems Design) program offered by Intellex.
Starting on August 26th, this event presents a more in-depth look at topics that are particularly difficult, and are frequently rated lower than other quality systems. Over 2 full days, we will present strategies and hands-on approaches to meet the key customer expectations for:
- Detailed investigations, documentation and tracking of incidents, audit observations, complaints and other areas that are critical for improvement. This module covers Quality Incident Elimination processes.
- Establishing complete and effective Process Control Strategy to meet process and product expectations.
- Validation is always a complex topic. This part of the training will focus on establishing a validation master plan so that sites can effectively meet the needs of proving product, process, method and equipment are consistently meeting the intent. We will address how much validation is too much or too little, and what to do if a validation protocol is not satisfied by the work. Finally, change control, while often difficult, needs to be effective and diligent in assuring that validations are current and reflect existing conditions.
- MMM, or Mislabel, Mispack and Miscode, are three areas what are often the root cause of quality incidents. Having an effective MMM process is crucial to eliminating root causes of errors.
Whether you are just getting started with your Quality Assurance journey, or have been improving your systems for years, this course will have something for you.
This class is recommended to QA Managers, QA Leaders, Process Engineers and Leadership who want to take their understanding to the next level. This class will be presented in Chinese.
