Integration Through Sound

Reconnect with your past psychedelic/earth medicine experiences through the grounding power of sound.

Integration Through Sound is the first in a new series for those who have previously sat with earth medicine - in any form, dosage, or setting - and are looking for deeper, more intentional ways to integrate those experiences into daily life.

You don’t need anything new.

You don’t need another peak experience.

There is often more available in what you’ve already experienced - if you know how to access it.

Sound offers a powerful, grounded pathway back into those spaces. Through vibration, rhythm, and frequency, we can gently shift states of consciousness, access memory and emotion, and reconnect with insight - without the use of stronger medicines.

In this 2.5-hour workshop, we’ll explore how sound can support integration in a practical, embodied, repeatable way, helping you reconnect with your own medicine experiences with more clarity and agency.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Blue lotus tea to support gentle inward awareness
• Discussion on integration and the role of sound, frequency, rhythm, and vibration
• Guided reconnection with your personal previous medicine experience
• Instruction and hands-on practice with tuning fork therapy
• A live trance drumming demonstration
• A full sound bath experience, with quartz crystal singing bowls, elemental chimes, and atmospheric instruments
• Group sharing and community integration time

Whether your experience was last weekend or 20 years ago, this is a space to slow down, revisit what opened, and begin to work with it more consciously.

Because the experience isn’t the end.

It’s the beginning of the work.

WHAT TO BRING

• a journal/pen

• water bottle

• sleep mask/eye cover

• a pillow (if you prefer, like me, to use your bolster for under your knees)

• socks & a favorite blanket if you run cold (no shoes in the venue, please)

• dress in layers; body temperature can drop as you relax

Yoga mats, light blankets, and bolsters will be provided.

Spots are limited to keep the experience intimate.

REFUND POLICY

Life happens, I get it.

• If you need to cancel more than 7 days before the event, you’ll receive a full refund.

• If something comes up within the week of the event, refunds are NOT available, but if you let me know at least 24 hours in advance of the event start time, I’ll happily apply 50% of your ticket price as credit toward a future gathering.

• For no-shows or late arrival, no refund or credit will be provided.
