Awaken Pittsburgh is a secular organization that draws on the wisdom of mindfulness and meditation to serve the public. Inspired by mounting neuroscientific research that mindfulness training can reduce stress and increase well-being, we have tailored our Mindful Connections™ for teams on organization series to reach those who want to bring mindfulness into their work life.
These interactive sessions invite participants to experience how mindfulness can support you to make choices that move you toward integrity, compassion, and connection.
Join us on May 29, 2025 for our first worksop in this partnership with COhatch.
