Learn what intellectual property actually is, and how it is employed in the creative industries to protect your ideas, artworks and creations. You will gain an understanding of best practices surrounding copyright and creative property. We will examine how intellectual property is used, and abused, in Australia and beyond.Presented by Yasmin Naghavi. Yasmin is a senior lawyer at Media Arts Lawyers and practises in creative industries law, representing world-class graphic and motion design studios, agencies, illustrators, visual artists, and authors.
