InsurTech Slopes is a two day event designed to bring together a small, diverse group of InsurTech investors and startup founders.

<p><strong>Event Description</strong>:</p><p>The InsurTech sector continues to thrive, creating opportunities for investors and entrepreneurs to capitalize on one of the world’s largest industries. Success begins by combining the right knowledge with the right talent. </p><p>Following on the success from the first ever InsurTech Investor and Founder Forum in 2022, this two day event will bring an exclusive and diverse group of InsurTech investors and startup founders to discuss various topics critical to successful startup growth while establishing connections between resources and opportunities.</p><p>This event attendee capacity will be limited - do not wait until the last minute!</p>

The Osprey is located in the village and boasts to be the resort closest to a ski lift in North America. Ski-in / ski-out or go out for shopping and dinning from this wonderful location.</p><p>The Osprey also has luxury amenities at the hotel, too, including a fitness center, sauna, and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub that is open year round. </p><p><strong>Group Hotel Discount</strong>: BBCINS23. </p><p>Call The Osprey group reservations to receive the group rate ($450 / night, normally $606). This rate is only good for reservations made before December 15, and only 25 rooms are available under this rate per night, so please book early. </p><p><strong>Osprey Reservation Line</strong>: (855) 332-1601. <h3>Agenda: January 31 - February 1</h3><p>On Day 1, attendees will spend an afternoon diving into topics relevant to both investors and startups. The sessions will be a combination of thought leadership presentations and hands-on workshops. At the peak of the evening, attendees will convene for dinner and socializing. This will be the time to unwind before a day on the slopes.</p><h3>Day 1 Agenda</h3><ul><li>1:00 - Opening and Introductions (David Gritz, Stacey Brown)</li><li>1:10 - Founder &amp; Investor Elevator Pitches (Participants)</li><li>1:50 - Boostrapping to Exit (Bob Frady, Hazard Hub, Guidewire)</li><li>2:30 - Break and Networking</li><li>2:50 - Table Top Discussions - Founders and Investors will breakout to discuss (P﻿articipants)</li><li>3:30 - Negotiating the Right Founder Compensation (Josh Curry, Sirius Point)</li><li>4:00 - CO Venture &amp; Startup Ecosystem (TBA)</li><li>4:30 - Break and Networking</li><li>4:40 - Going Through Acquisition (Joe Daniels, Nelson Mullins)</li><li>5:15 - Wrap up and Dinner</li><li>6:15 - Dinner</li></ul><h3>Day 2</h3><p>Day 2 will be spent on the slopes. Attendees will break up into groups by skill level (beginner, intermediate, and advance) and spend time on the mountain skiing together.</p><p>(Subject to change)</p>
