Sunshine State Investments hosts an investor friendly meetup group where like minded individuals come together to discuss and strategize real estate investing. We welcome people from all skill levels and experience. However, the people who attend this event are only serious investors. They come in with the mindset of actually investing in properties, not just learning how to do so. We strive to create an atmosphere where actionable learning thrives.

This group meets with the sole purpose of finding inventory and creating transactions that benefit everyone involved. It’s educational, informative, and a great experience for all investors. Everyone, no matter their skill level or situation, has the opportunity to be the catalyst in a transaction in this type of meeting.

For beginner investors and can help find them a deal and make a creative transaction. We know it can be hard to get that first investment property. You may have the money and the means to invest, but maybe aren’t finding that right first investment.

For seasoned investors who have already been successful in the real estate business, we provide speakers and walk through of houses with some very experienced professionals. We know that the learning never stops, and for seasoned investors this group is great for gaining greater insights into all things real estate. It’s not only good to learn vertically in deepening your understanding of your expertise, but also widening your knowledge to understand all aspects of the process.

This meet-up will include:

• Guest Speakers from the Tampa Bay Real Estate field (financial advisers, lenders, attorneys, title companies, contractors, etc).
• Hands on viewing of local projects already started in the community that members of the group can walk through
• Open forums for members to talk, ask questions, brainstorm, share problems, and just hang out discussing real estate investing. Great for new investors who are just getting started and looking for some type of mentoring as well as Seasoned Investors sharing lessons learned.
• A team environment where members are encouraged and supported
• Opportunity for members to request specific topics they want to discuss or get more information on to help them be successful in the real estate business
