Heyyyyyy Cousins! This is the first in a series of instructional classes designed to breakdown select Trap Cardio routines. To learn more about Trap Cardio, visit www.trap-cardio.com. In this class, we will focus on line dances either created by Trap Cardio or featured in Trap Cardio. No experience is needed, just bring your energy and have fun!
