LA Design Festival celebrates our city's design culture, and will be held throughout Los Angeles from June 26-29, 2025. LA Design Festival is a 501c3 non-profit organization.

Oasys by Stereobot offers a prefabricated and more efficient way to build accessory dwelling units.  Oasys will build one of their modern, minimal homes on-site at ROW DTLA where it will live through the summer as an example of how you can live spaciously, more personally, and get there much faster.
This backyard residence takes center stage on Market Row for the duration of the LA Design Festival. The interiors are styled by <A HREF="https://www.veneerdesigns.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Veneer Designs</A>, a Los Angeles-based interior designer known for her "Scandifornian" aesthetic.  Transformative<A HREF="https://resourcefurniture.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Resource Furniture</A> features modern, multifunctional pieces throughout the house.  <A HREF="https://www.marvin.com/?&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIo_artKnE4gIVBspkCh1d-AJpEAAYAyAAEgIIr_D_BwE" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Marvin</A>, <A HREF="https://www.marvin.com/?&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI3L-cjKnE4gIVg-NkCh1aIg0rEAAYAiAAEgIt0vD_BwE" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Vadara Quartz</A>, <A HREF="https://www.haierappliances.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Haier</A>, and <A HREF="https://amberleafcabinetry.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Amberleaf</A> have also outfitted the space.
Oasys is the first stop on the <A HREF="https://www.ladesignfestival.org/2019/event/adu-home-tour" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">ADU Home Tour</A> on Saturday, June 22.  Tickets still available.  After the LA Design Festival, Oasys will stay on Market Row through the summer along with Resource Furniture as a information and resource center for homeowners interested in becoming micro-developers and exploring this new typology.
