Inspired Ideas from the Sharp End
Customer Services Group UK is pleased to announce the next in our series of popular “Inspired Ideas from the Sharp End” events. This time we’ll be at Royal Holloway University of London on Thursday 18 June. Registration will begin at 10:00am and the event will finish at 4:00pm.
This is an in person event for frontline staff in library assistant and similar roles to meet with peers from libraries across the UK, share ideas and soak up insipration!
