About this event

Experience the transformative power of Inspired Flow Yoga, held every Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM at Bloom Yoga in San Leandro, California.

Led by the intuitive Susie (teacher subject to change based on availability), this moderately-paced class will guide you through a mindful practice that blends ethereal movement with grounded awareness.

Through intelligent sequencing and precise timing, postures are seamlessly linked together and connected to your breath. This creates a flowing rhythm that builds heat (tapas), purifying the body and clearing the mind.

Breath awareness and coordination are emphasized throughout the practice, as the asanas (poses) ebb and flow between effort and ease. You'll build flexibility, endurance, and strength while cultivating a deep sense of balance between mind, body, and spirit.

This class is appropriate for all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Modifications will be offered to accommodate different abilities and ensure everyone feels challenged and supported.
