According to Adobe’s State of Create report (2016), 73% of businesses believe that creativity increases a company’s likelihood for success. However, unlocking creativity inside an organisation comes with many challenges. People who work in the same environment are likely to adopt a similar frame of reference, and even when a company consults with external sources, the same biases often occur.
Your organization can benefit greatly from diversity, but even then, the reality is that 99% of the smartest or most creative people don’t work for you. The key to success, is in sourcing the right people for the right ideas.
At InSites Consulting we believe in the power of the crowd and its synergism. Coming to ideas that spark is an art. Ideation presents the process of going wide and wild. It’s about pushing for a widespread range of ideas, rather than finding a single, best solution.
In our upcoming event, we’ll share one of four approaches to ideation: Creative Crowdsourcing. We’ll illustrate this approach with a variety of client cases using our unique eÿeka network, a global community of 400,000+ creatives.
