Insight Talk and Meditation ~ In-Person Only

Join us in-person for an insight talk on a different weekly theme followed by a guided meditation. You are welcome to join any Thursday from 6:30 to 7:45 pm.

We invite those who are interested in what we offer to the community, as well as those who have been here before and would like to visit again.

Everyone is welcome to attend. Suitable for both beginners and those who are more experienced in meditation. Free of charge. You can voluntarily donate and keep your good karma rolling.
