The success of an ITP requires key stakeholder commitments and business process improvements. Any key stakeholder that supports the ITP will gain a much broader and deeper understanding of collaboration components required, and the many underlying and interconnected components that are essential for a comprehensive ITP / Investigations. This will ensure key stakeholders are Universally Aligned from an enterprise / holistic perspective to detect and mitigate Insider Threats. This training will also cover the legal aspects and considerations for an ITP.
This training will provide students with a comprehensive view of the many INTERNAL technical, non-technical and EXTERNAL data sources that will provide the ITP with holistic insights into the risk / threat that an employee may pose to the organization.
This training will provide the comprehensive knowledge and resources to perform an ITP Gap & Optimization Analysis, and conduct an Insider Threat Vulnerability Assessment to discover weaknesses in the organizations security foundations that could enable a Malicious Insider to be successful in their endeavors.
This training provides students with an ITP Management Toolkit. The toolkit provides students with an abundance of traing materials, educational resources, templates and checklists for ITP development, management and optimization. This will save many hours of documentation creation and makes developing or optimizing the ITP Program almost as easy as 1,2,3. All materials will be provided to the student in electronic format (Via Download) before the training.
This training incorporates the Malicious Insiders Playbook of Malicious Tactics, which mimics the mind of a Malicious Insider to assume their point of view. This will help students find holes in their organizations security defenses, before a REAL Malicious Insider does.

ITP MANAGER CREDENTIAL / CERTIFICATE
Students who attend this training will be issued an ITP Manager Certificate. This certificate will certify to employers that the student has the comprehensive knowledge needed to develop, manage or optimize an ITP from A-Z.
CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (CPE) CREDITS
Students attending this training will earn 16 CPE Credits towards CPE requirements for security certifications they have obtained.
