- Perform an Insider Risk / Threat Assessment using the Malicious Insiders Playbook Of Tactics. This will identify any weaknesses and vulnerabilities that could enable a malicious or opportunistic employee to take actions that could have a negative impact to the organization.
- Develop an Employee Continuous Monitoring & Reporting Program (Vendor Briefing / Demo)
- Evaluate the organizations current Insider Risk / Threat detection capabilities for computer systems and networks to identify gaps in existing employing monitoring efforts.
- Evaluate Insider Threat Detection Tool vendor solutions and their capabilities, to ensure the tool meets the organizations requirements, not the vendor vendors interpretation of the requirements. (Vendor Briefing / Demo, Evaluation Checklist)
This training provides students with an IRMP Toolkit. The toolkit provides students with a hardcopy IRMP Management Handbook, and an abundance of educational resources, templates and checklists for IRMP development, management and optimization. All materials will be provided to the student in electronic format (USB Thumb Drive) at the beginning of the training.

Students who attend this training will be issued an IRMP Evaluator & Optimization Specialist Certificate.
This certificate will certify to employers that the student has the comprehensive knowledge and resources needed to evaluate and optimize an IRMP from A-Z, and the ability to identify weaknesses and vulnerabilities related to Insider Risks / Threats
CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (CPE) CREDITS
Students attending this training will earn 16 CPE Credits towards CPE requirements for security certifications they have obtained.
