Tracy Broyles has called herself many things over the years; but currently she enjoys the term investigator. She investigates the personal and collective psyche through embodiment practices,  conversation, states of consciousness, energy explorations, writing, and art-making. She does this alone and with others. Tracy has been a involved in movement her whole life; as a dancer, a choreographer, a Certified Pilates Instructor, teacher, and most recently as a Core Energetics Therapist. Dance and Core Energetics “We are situated between infinitely large and infinitely small Suspended from forever points.” We have natural inclinations towards turning our gaze inward, or outwards, as well as cycles dictated by our past and present situations. Our lens resides somewhere around this window and through this we see our scope of life. In this series of interconnected workshops Our aim is to give you more insight, as well as more autonomy of choice into what is within your depths and what is in your environment. How to dance and move and cycle with the energy that quickens our energy towards one or another perspective. Somatic inquiry, movement improvisation and core energetics concepts are employed as our method of discovery. Each class will have a warm-up, personal exploration, and time to witness and be witnessed. All aspects will be supported and guided, organized around thematic material.
