With over two decades of full-time appraisal experience since 2003, he works with homeowners, real estate professionals, attorneys, and CPAs on matters such as estate settlement, divorce, pre-listing, and private valuations. Ryan is also qualified to serve as an expert witness in court.
He is a sought-after speaker at real estate offices and local associations, regularly sharing market insights and teaching appraisal-related topics. His involvement with the Sacramento Association of Realtors spans over a decade, earning him the Affiliate of the Year award in 2014. He’s also been recognized with the Citizen of the Year award by the Rancho Cordova Rotary (2008) and the Distinguished Service to Youth award by the Cordova Community Council (2009). In 2021, Sacramento Magazine named him a notable business leader to watch.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys woodworking, staying active, and spending time with family—and plans to turn his woodworking passion into a business upon retirement.
