Inside the Artist's Studio

Rachel grew up in Chicago. She graduated with a BFA in painting from Cornell University and now lives and works in the DC area. She was recently awarded the DC Mayor's Arts Award for Outstanding Emerging Artist and an Artist Fellowship Program grant from the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities. Her work is in the collections of Capital One Bank, DC's Art Bank, and the Hyatt Place Arlington/Courthouse Square.
