You haven’t lost it—you’ve just been disconnected from it. Once you reconnect with your essence, everything changes: Your body begins to heal and strengthen. Your mind quiets, your mood stabilizes. Your energy returns. Your confidence shines.
In this sessions we work the practice of Presence (Mindfulness) follows by movements, fascia meneuvers, and stretching. We connect and unlock emotions and tension that are trap in our bodies causing body pain, tightness, discomfort, anxiety, and stress.
