Rossana graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and a M.S. EdS in Marriage and Family Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, UNC-G. Rossana also graduated with a B.A. in Education and Student Orientation from a university located in Southeast of Brazil.She is a qualified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher and holds a certificate in Biofeedback from The HeartMath Institute. Rossana has been practicing mindfulness and meditation for more than 15 years. She was a meditation teacher at the Wake Forest School of Medicine.

This is a demo session that will show the inside of the most researched Mindfulness-Based program.

You will see the structure and the main themes of the MBSR- Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 8-week, 10 sessions program.This will help you in making and informed decision about your participation on the full program.The full program starts on AUgust 18th 2021. Every Wednesday, for nine weeks, from 9:30am to 12:00pm.
