Meet the Speaker:

Dr. Thomas Raih is not just an orthopedic surgeon but a beacon of service and success in both his professional and philanthropic endeavors. As the esteemed founder of Twin City Orthopedics (TCO), he has left an indelible mark on the field, pioneering advancements and transforming countless lives through his surgical expertise. Beyond the operating room, Dr. Raih is deeply involved in Catholic Charities, exemplifying his commitment to serving others and spreading compassion.

His journey of excellence began long before the establishment of TCO, earning him the prestigious Mr. Tommy Award in 1965. Dr. Raih's leadership and talents were evident early on, as a standout captain of the basketball team and a dedicated contributor to The Aquin, where he covered sports with passion and insight. His involvement extended beyond athletics, as he made impactful contributions to the All College Council and Tiger Club during his academic pursuits in biology and chemistry.

Dr. Raih's dedication to service and community is further highlighted by his participation in the historic 2000 trip to Cuba with the St. Thomas baseball team. This journey underscores his adventurous spirit and unwavering commitment to fostering connections across borders and cultures.
