<p>Become a faster, more confident decision-maker with our five-week Innovation Accounting program starting January 25th. Get your project moving by building a hypothesis-driven financial model to help you make better “go or no-go” decisions for your real-world project.</p><p>Taught by experienced entrepreneurs, and backed by actionable feedback from your peer group, this program helps you translate qualitative observations into a concrete financial model using your current project. You will set clear success and fail conditions for your project and predict the likelihood of reaching your goals.</p><p>Innovation Accounting includes 12 hours of interactive live sessions, 10 hours of self-study material, and lifetime access to upgraded material.</p><h2>Who It's For</h2><p>For INNOVATION PROJECT LEADERS who are familiar with qualitative research, but need to measure product/market fit and prove their project is ready to scale with quantitative data.</p><p>For EXECUTIVES &amp; INNOVATION BOARD MEMBERS who need to evaluate risks and make data-backed decisions on funding innovation projects. The models developed in the course can be used for better portfolio management, clear goals and KPIs for innovation teams, and making “go or no go” decisions, leading to improved innovation ROI for your company.</p>

<h2>How It Works</h2><p>This five-week course takes you from a business idea to a complete financial or mission-impact model that will help you make confident decisions about whether to continue a project, pivot, or pull the plug.</p><p>You will meet once a week for two hours with your coach, an experienced entrepreneur, in an online, interactive session alongside your peers. Between each session, you’ll have complete access to more than 10 hours of online material and activities to help you develop your project, including video lectures, templates, an interactive whiteboard for completing work, and interactive games.</p><p>In each session, there won’t be more lectures. We’ll go straight into Q&A along with reviewing the work you’ve completed. You’ll get hands-on support making the theory apply to your real world project.
