Inner work approaches not only increase our outer effectiveness, they support our personal sustainability and ability to collaborate.
About this event
Much of our work as leaders and change makers is focused on outer change. We can be far more effective if we complement our research, engagement and strategy work with greater attention to inner work (i.e. intention, perception, intuition, and consciousness).
Inner work approaches not only increase our outer effectiveness, they support our personal sustainability (less burnout), and our ability to collaborate and form enduring partnerships. Learn versatile inner work techniques – including attunement, intuitive writing, flirts, and guiding image – and gain insights that will help you come home to working more effectively. These tools will support your ability to solve problems, make decisions, foster innovation and more. They will also help you identify your core values, and create greater alignment between the “who” and the “how” of your work.
