*PLEASE READ THE FULL DETAILS TO PREPARE YOURSELF FOR THE GATHERING*ALL AGES • Kid-Friendly • Pet-Friendly•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~<h3>A preview of our day:</h3>We begin Inner Sync with our Grounding Welcome + Land Acknowledgements, where we begin our circle by acknowledging and extending our gratitude to the sacred land of Kumeyaay we will be healing with. We will also be honoring our ancestors and all of the elemental energies present. We will be grounding with our breath and tapping into our energetic bodies. This is the time to be in your presence, in your inner bubble of grounding, observance, and protection.Then we will gently transition into our gratitude prayers circle. Here, we come together and hold hands to honor our presence and gratitude. After acknowledging the sacred land, it is now time to honor every soul present. This exercise allows us to learn beings/souls' preferred names and pronouns. To meet, connect &amp; engage with the space &amp; also begin to get to know beautiful beings in our community. It is also an opportunity for all of us to practice expressing our gratitude as well, set our intentions &amp; say any prayers we wish to say in a powerful collective circle.After, we will transition into a Sound Bath, Guided Meditation created to assist you into an inward, deep meditative state of heart grounding and equanimity. A space where you can introspect. Each meditation is guided by the flow of spirit, yet the themes will focus on mainly assisting you in diving deeper into your own unique inner wisdom, growth, empowerment + connection. The sound healing journey consists of instruments such as: Crystal Singing Bowls, a Didgeridoo, a Rain Stick, a Native Flute, a drum, a chime, &amp; a third eye tuner. We also sometimes spontaneously add new/different elements at each gathering.We encourage you to bring any tools to further assist you in your sound journey (some examples: crystals, a scarf to cover your eyes, a blanket, a journal, oracle cards, essential oils, etc.) What you usually integrate into your daily practice, feel more than welcome to bring with you.We will then transition into Solo Introspection. Before standing up, take your time to further reflect on the messages you received during your sound journey. Take out your journal and write or draw them down. OR just sit with them and make mental notes of them. The important thing to do here is to sit with what you just received and gather your messages.Leading us into Partner Heart2Heart Exchange where we will practice trust, openness, honesty, and vulnerability + empowerment with a community member you just met that day. The intention here is to foster deep conversation with another person and be fully present in the dialogue. A series of questions will be given (following a theme of the day) and partners will take turns asking each other and sharing.Lastly, we will end with big group conversations &amp; reflections. An opportunity for us to share with the community and further exercise our throat (communication) channels. Here you may share whatever you feel called to share with the group. Whether it be a mirroring connection, a gratitude expression, words of wisdom, or a vulnerable reflection, whatever you speak into this circle is meant to be said &amp; heard.
