We begin with a gentle, coherent breath practice to settle the nervous system and bring you fully into the present moment. From there, you’ll be guided through a soft sensory meditation-awakening your awareness of sound, sensation, and subtle energy.
This gentle yoga experience is practiced blindfolded, inviting you to deepen your connection to breath and body. Without visual distractions, your awareness naturally turns inward-creating space to release comparison, expectation, and judgment.
The practice becomes less about how it looks… and more about how it feels.
You’ll be encouraged to move slowly, intuitively, and in a way that honors your body in each moment. There is no “right” or “wrong” here-only exploration, curiosity, and presence.
Through this sensory-led journey, you’ll begin to:
• Listen more deeply to your body’s cues
• Feel subtle shifts in breath and energy
• Build trust in your inner guidance
• Experience movement from a place of authenticity rather than performance
We’ll close with integration and stillness, allowing everything you’ve uncovered to gently settle.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more at home within yourself-and with a more intimate relationship to your yoga practice.
