Peace begins within. As we become centered in our Heart Chakra we can connect with the energetic field of Peace. We begin with a heart-focused breathing technique that helps the body shift from tension and anxiety to a state of peace and well-being. Then the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes provide a gentle and nurturing space to relax, de-stress, and rest in a field of Peace and Love. The meditation begins at 7:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Space is limited to 12 people. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Register now to secure your spot.
