Inner Lane x Studio Three: Run & CORE
Join us for a 30-minute run from Studio Three Fulton Market led by Inner Lane Coaches, followed by a CORE class led by Inner Lane Coach & Studio Three Senior Instructor Abbie Chaffin.
The run is open to all, with the class open to those who sign up with a purchase of a drop-in or membership. This class will open for signups on SUNDAY APRIL 27TH @ 5 PM CT and is open to the public. Reserve your spot for CORE here.

CORE is a heated conditioning class designed to strengthen your core, focusing on ab and glute exercises. Cardio, resistance band and abdominal circuits paired with minimal recovery periods will enhance overall strength, boost endurance, and improve stability. CORE offers a complete body burn that will challenge you in every class no matter your conditioning level.
It's a great class to incorporate during any sort of run training program—the miniband work helps to strengthen the muscles in your glutes and hips we often overthink!
