This term we will be organising two Q&A sessions for Inner East school staff who are currently – or have previously been – Navigator Key School Contacts. We are also extending the invite to community stakeholders in the Inner East.
This session will be held in person at Uniting Office, 160 Whitehorse Road, Blackburn
As you might be aware, we had a change in Navigator Service Providers at the start of this year. Our new lead service provider is Uniting and partner provider is VACCA.
These Q&A sessions will be an opportunity for you to ask questions about the Navigator program and talk through aspects of the service delivery that you would like clarified – from intake, to active hold or case management, and the supported exit process.
Our service providers – Uniting and VACCA – will present a few slides to begin with, but most of the session will be allocated to informal Q&A time.
We understand how busy you all are, so there is no requirement for you to attend a session. But we do hope to see you if your schedule allows!
