Born and Raised in Austin, Chef Alex Vo has always lived and breathed food. “Food is definitely a cornerstone in Vietnamese culture,” he says. “My fondest memories are the times I’d spend in the kitchen surrounded by family. All the sights, smells, and tastes carefully crafted with love.” After a short stint in formal culinary education, Vo dove head first into the local culinary scene where his love of cooking and pursuit of excellence has allowed his skills and technique to flourish. Vo uses his knowledge of local and seasonal products, passion for perfection, and creativity to create what he calls “Vietnamese-American Cuisine.”
