This training is designed for help-desk, information hotline, and other front-line volunteers or staff specifically tasked to provide clients with information about programs and services available throughout the county. Specialists in several service areas will share their knowledge, expertise and resources through short panel presentations and audience Q&A.

When should I plan to arrive?

Doors open at 8:45am to allow enough time for check-in. Please plan to arrive early so that we can start right at 9:00am.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Free parking is available on site. The SMART Train Hamilton stop is approximately 3/4-mile away.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, however, we would appreciate it knowing any changes in registration in advance so we have accurate name tags and counts for the meals.

Will there be food?

Continental breakfast and salad/sandwich lunch are provided.
