The mission of this meetup is to present local tech initiatives and to introduce Infobip Developer Community tools and solutions, which are increasingly popular among developers and Infobip Startup Tribe that help startups from all over the globe achieve their goals.

Wayne Gakuo
Wayne Gakuo is a Frontend Engineer who is constantly learning the best practices of architecting software using Angular, while having scalability, maintainability, and user needs in mind. Aside from work, Wayne leads Angular Kenya which trains budding developers to become proficient Angular developers. In his free time, Wayne loves watching documentaries and playing video games, trying to get better at FIFA.
Caleb Maru
Caleb Maru is the Founder of Tech Safari, Africa’s fastest-growing tech newsletter and community with over 16,000 readers. He is also a Partner at Proximity Ventures, an early-stage VC firm investing in founders solving Africa’s most pressing problems.
Kendi J
Kendi is passionate Flutter developer with over 3 years of hands-on experience crafting delightful cross-platform applications. When she is not immersed in code, you'll find her embracing the serenity of mountains, which she considers nothing short of royal. She is all about pushing the boundaries of app development while advocating for the best practices and innovative solutions. As a co-organizer of Flutter Kenya and Droidcon KE, she thrives on fostering a vibrant developer ecosystem and facilitating knowledge exchange.
Nikola Pavesic
Nikola Pavesic was born and raised in Croatia, studied in Italy, Switzerland and the UK where he graduated in international law and financial regulation. He started his career the public sector for the UN in Tanzania, followed by an engagement with the same organization in Japan from 2011. Counterintuitively, he started working in tech at the UN and subsequently switched to the private sector launching, running, and exiting a startup.
Nikola then joined Nikkei, the world’s largest business media publisher and owner of the Financial Times, where he led partnerships at the editorial innovation bureau. He is now a Director of DevEx & Startups at Infobip, one of the few bootstrapped unicorns globally with 70+ offices globally where he launched a startup program which now works with 600+ startups and 100+ investor partners around the world.
