Mobile Computer Science Principles
Who should attend? High school teachers, curriculum directors, principals, school leaders interested in bringing computer science to their students.
Learn about:
- How to engage students in building mobile apps for Android devices using the blocks-based App Inventor programming language.
- The details of the College Board's new Advanced Placement Computer Science Principles (AP-CSP) course, which goes live in 2016-17.
- How the Mobile CSP course provides a mobile themed-implementation of the AP CS Principles course that is expected to be endorsed by the College Board.
- Summer 2016 professional development opportunities for Mobile CSP, including possible hybrid workshop in Western Massachusetts.

Parking at the Massachusetts Green High Performance Computing Center is convenient and free. There is a 15 space lot in front of the facility, and a 39 space lot on the opposite side of Bigelow Street. Either is just a short walk from the front door.
