About the Training

Influencing Outcomes is a behaviourally based coaching program with a slight focus -but not
exclusively- on individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder that helps staff to understand how their own actions can trigger an unwanted behaviour in an individual and how to
understand that person’s behaviour from a lens of understanding rather than frustration. It covers behavioural principles and uses real life examples to illustrate the relationship between a staff's actions and an individual's perception
