Welcome to the Healthy Start Program!

Join us for our Infant Massage Program! This is a fun and interactive in-person session covering the essentials of soothing touch and massage techniques. Whether you are a new parent or simply looking for new ways to comfort your baby, this group is the perfect place to learn and share experiences.

Get ready to connect with others, ask questions, and dive into hands-on activities that make bonding with your little one easy and enjoyable.

• Participants: Infants under 12 months accompanied by a mom, dad, or caregiver.
• What to bring: Comfortable clothing and socks for the adults so you can sit comfortably on the floor with your baby.
• Certificate & Incentive: To receive the completion certificate and incentive, participants must attend all 5 sessions.
