About this event

The NewboRN Home Visiting Program (NHVP) is happy to provide new parents that participated in NHVP with the knowledge they need to keep their little ones safe. In the class you will learn infant CPR from a trained professional as well basic home safety for infants. There is no charge for parents, and children are welcome to attend. The NewboRN Home Visiting Program is a free program offered to all Alachua County women who give birth at a hospital, birth center or home within the county. Within a week after baby is born, a registered nurse will visit you at home to see how you are doing, share information and connect you to services and resources.
