This virtual workshop, hosted by CU Boulder's Industry Research Partnerships team, explores what companies actually look for when partnering with faculty. Understand the technical pain points driving corporate investment and how to position your research so it stands out.

This is a two-day workshop taking place October 1 and October 8 from 10 a.m.—12 p.m.

What you’ll get out of the workshop

  • Understanding of how industry R&D works, including milestones, deliverables, and funding trends
  • Identifying industry sectors that might be a fit for your research
  • Understanding specific company needs and challenges that could be a fit for your research
  • A playbook to approach potential industry partners
