This circuit training class combines bodyweight resistance training and conditioning to provide you with a dynamic full body workout. Whether you are a beginner and need to learn proper form or know your way around the gym and you're looking for a challenge- this class is for you! Come engage in exercises that target all muscle groups as well as get your heart pumping.

What do I need to bring?

Water bottle + towel + mat.

How long is the workout class?

5 min warm up, 50 min circuit and 5 min cool down= 1 hour altogether. Choose your power workout hour that suits your availability. I'm available weeknights and some weekends. Please message me if you have any questions.
