I am offering dynamic yoga classes where we work on our body strength, coordination and flexibility. Classes are for beginners and we gradually move towards Intermmediate level 🙂
Classes last 1 hour and 15 min.😍
We generally start with a breathing exercise and we work through a dynamic series of yoga postures together with conscious breathing and mindfulness practice. We finish our yoga session with a meditation part just to chill and relax. :) My classes are holistic, I try to incorporate mindfulness, self love, gratitude affirmations to take your yoga practice out of the mat and be able to apply it in our daily life :) 🫶🏾
Classes are held:
🙂Mondays at 18:00 hs (Spanish)
🙂Thursdays 19:00 hs (Spanish)
🙂Saturdays 10:00 am (English)
Now we do indoor classes, when the weather gets better and warmer, we usually have classes at Victoria Park under the sun!
You don´t need to have any previous experience to join my classes! If you don´t have a yoga mat , I can provide you with one!🙏🏼
The group is small and very friendly! Classes are quite personalised! I like to keep an eye on each student and make sure they are doing fine 🙂
