Indigenous-led Workshop

Overview

Join us for an engaging workshop that explores Indigenous perspectives, teachings and experiences.

Join local Indigenous educator Tara Belcourt and local Knowledge Keepers for an engaging workshop that explores Indigenous perspectives, teachings, and experiences. Participants will have the opportunity to deepen their cultural understanding, reflect on the importance of respectful relationships, and learn practical ways to support reconciliation and allyship.

📍 Location: HI Jericho Beach Hostel — Meet in the lobby🕒 Time: 3:00 PM

Together, we’ll explore traditional knowledge, stories, and protocols that deepen our connection to the land and its original peoples. This is a welcoming space for learning, reflection, and growth — open to all who come with an open heart and a willingness to listen.

Learn about the culture by trying some tasty freshly made bannock and healing tea!

Whether you're a traveler or a local, this is an opportunity to take part in a meaningful exchange that supports reconciliation and community building.

All are welcome!
