Indie Block Party

The Vision

The Indie Cluster would like to showcase underground and independent creatives in gaming, art, music, and other various domains. This will be a full day for the community to interact with independently developed video games, paintings, animations, and musical performances by local DJs and unsigned music artists. Local painters and artists can network, and gain a new audience, while patrons attending the event can discover new games, art, and music to consume. With our partners, we will have a range of panelists and featured guests. As we grow, we’ll be inviting food trucks, art installations, and cosplay to add to the experience.

The Mission

The Cluster is here to fight against obscurity in an oversaturated creative market by presenting directly to consumers. Indie games need promotion, feedback, and player engagement to help stand out. Other creatives continue to hone their talent, only to slowly gain followers which rarely translates to sales. This event will help showcase those who boldly create outside of the system.
