About this event

Dosas are naturally fermented vegan and gluten free crepes. Once you learn the perfect dosa batter, and fixings you can use this to make a variety of other snackables.

In this class, students will learn how to make perfect dosa batter, take some home for them to ferment (please brings containers to take home), learn a variety of fillings and chutneys and how to enjoy the perfect dosa and oothapam meal.

The hands on class is gluten-free and most of the recipes are vegan friendly.
