The Metro Parks disABILITIES Programs are a collection of recreation-based programs designed for individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental disABILITIES.  Programs include Sports Leagues, Day Programs, Art Programs, Community Events, and more.All funds are collected and distributed by the Friends of Metro Parks disABILITIES & Magic Program.

Centennial Sportsplex

Inclusive Spin ClassJoin us for a heart-pumping, fun-filled spin class at the Centennial Sportsplex! This in-person event is perfect for fitness enthusiasts of all levels. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned spinner, our inclusive class welcomes everyone.Experience the energy and motivation of our instructor as she guides you through an exhilarating workout. Pedal to the beat of energetic music and feel the burn as you challenge yourself on the stationary bikes.Athletes should wear appropriate workout clothing (shorts, leggings, t-shirt, tank, tennis shoes) and bring water. Space is limited so please ensure that you can attend before signing up.
