About this event

Monthly inclusive forest school session.

We meet the third Saturday of every month. All are welcome. We are neurodiversity affirming and celebrate all brains!

Come join your child in a child led forest school inspired session at our outdoor learning site. The session is run by a forest school leader and speech and language therapist. There will be a range of fun activities to support wholistic development, interaction, well-being and connection with nature.

Children are welcome to try something new, join in more structured activities or do their own thing.

You are welcome to get in touch and share with us anything that will make the session work better for you or your child!

Frequently asked questions

Access

Our site is up some steps and then a short but steep-ish trek up an uneven grassy field. Seating is on logs around the circle or on a picnic blanket! If this doesn’t work for you get in touch and we can see what we can do. We have an accessible outdoor classroom coming!

Toilets

There is a toilet at the house before we head up to the site. There is a wild wee tree and a toilet tent with camp toilet available at the site.

What to wear?

Cancellations

As a one off if you cannot come to a booked session unexpectedly you are welcome to use your booking for another session.

We can share an intro video or photos and a timetable so you know more about who you will meet and what it will look like! Watch this space.
