INBC Summer's End Bellydance Event Hosted by Troupe Oasis

• Registration starts at 9:30 am.
• Morning/afternoon workshops start at 10 am.
• Gala show in the evening.

Pricing

Tickets go on sale July 1. Members of the Indiana Bellydance Collective (INBC) receive special discounted pricing on one ticket (purchased for themselves or someone else). All-day pass includes admission to all activities including the evening gala show.

Early Bird (July 1 - August 31)

• All-day pass: $25 members/$40 non-members
• Gala show only $15 members/$20 non-members

Advance (September 1 - September 20)

• All-day pass: $30 members/$45 non-members
• Gala show only $15 members/$20 non-members

Day of (September 21)

• All-day pass: $35 members/$55 non-members
• Gala show only $20 members/$25 non-members

Venue

All activities will be held at Wells Community Cultural Center, 638 North St, Lafayette, IN

In addition to performance and workshop space, there will be a vendor/swap-and-shop area for your shopping pleasure.

Workshops

Workshops will be led by the very talented dancers of Troupe Oasis. Complete info will be posted here when available.

Performers/Volunteers/Vendors

The evening gala show will be legendary. The online performer application will be posted here when it is available. Note that non-members must purchase an all-day pass in order to be considered for a performance slot.

Volunteers are an integral and vital part of all our bellydance events. We will be using an online sign up system for this event and will post the link here once it is available. Volunteers will receive a thank you gift.

There will be vending at Summer's End! We will be posting information about the participating vendors and the vendor village as it becomes available.

Swap 'n Shop

W e are pleased to announce the return of the ever-popular swap 'n shop to Summer's End. Here's what you need to know:

• Swap 'n Shop sales for this event will be CASH ONLY, so you might want to visit the ATM on your way in! (Note: if you must use another form of payment, you can track down the seller and work something out directly with them.)
• You do not have to pre-register to sell your stuff.
• If you are selling stuff, you must download and print the "SwapNShop tags" file here. You will complete a whole row of 3 tags for EACH item you are selling. The first (leftmost) tag is for your records. The other two tags should be safety-pinned to the item (do not separate the two tags - that will happen when the item is sold).
• Liz wray did an excellent swap 'n shop tutorial video for the Bazaar that will explain the whole process (and put you in a good mood). The procedure for Summer's End is exactly the same as it was for the Bazaar. You can watch the video here.

Refund Requests
